Okay. i am able to cook my Chinese Sausage rice today weeh!
because today tuesday. Connaught Roasted Duck is CLOSED!
as what i said at the previous post.

Soak the Dry Prawn

So do the Mushroom

After half day. take out and cut them

Slice the Sausauge

Get the mushroom and prawn's water to cook the rice
*also add on water*
cook them first

saute them

after those ingredient are ready. put in mushroom first. to cook them much more longer

After it looks dryer.put in sausage, meat and dry prawn

TADA!
*add in thick soya sauce and soya sauce for taste*
This is the final product.
quite nice eeh. i love to eat it. ;x but i never eat a lots. cos im diet-ing! ;D
