I am going to cook! SAUSAGE RICE(腊味饭) today!

Uh. that day i am watching the Singapore cooking show.

wanna cook? LEMME TEACH CHA!

What you need is
Rice
Chinese Sausage (腊肠)
Dry Prawn (虾米)
Dry Mushroom (冬菇)that you bought from supermarket that is dry

the ingredient above depends on how much people going to eat. if there are more people just put more ;x

first. wash the mushroom thoroughly. and soak with drinking water. (because u need to use the water to cook the rice) Soak until the mushroom turn soft!

then, wash the dry prawn as well. and soak them with drinking water also! because we are going to use mushroom's water and dry prawns' water to cook the rice.

wash the rice, put on the pot. pour the mushroom and prawn's water into the pot and DONT PUT IN THE MUSHROOM AND PRWAN!
Cook for 10 minutes.

while waiting for the rice.
saute the sausage. put it aside, saute the mushroom + dry prawn + garlic put in some soya sauce and thick soya sauce as well. then put it aside as well.

after 10 minutes. open the pot. put in the sausage and mushroom dryprawn on top of the rice.
cook for another 20 minutes.

and you are not ready to eat yet because it is going to be tasteless. what you need to do is.
put soya sauce and thick soya sauce again on top of the rice (as your taste) and stir it.

ITS READY TO BE EAT!
